Rob is a professional first aid instructor and an expedition leader. He runs a first aid training company and has led expeditions on five continents (just South American and Antarctica to go). When he's not working he's at home in the outdoors: riding a bike; sleeping in a tent or climbing mountains. Occasionally, he can be found in the kitchen baking bread, brewing beer or experimenting with his ongoing cheese recipe.
